A patient's medical history should not be a raw file copied endlessly across hospital databases. In the Foundation Federation, it travels as a sealed mathematical proof, governed by the patient's Digital Twin.

Sovereign Record The patient's Digital Twin holds their complete medical history. The hospital does not own the data; they only request access to it.
Temporary Access When visiting a new specialist, the Twin grants rights-bound access via a PACT SOW. The specialist receives the verified intelligence needed for treatment, not the raw underlying files.
Automatic Expiry Consent is time-limited. When the treatment window closes, the PACT contract expires. Access is automatically revoked. The hospital's system deletes the temporary keys.
